  • Refundable Cancellations: You may receive a full refund if your puja is cancelled due to the following reasons:

    • Unavailability of Pandit: If the assigned Pandit is unable to perform your puja due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason beyond our control, Astroji.in will offer a full refund or attempt to reschedule your puja with another qualified Pandit.
    • Technical Issues: If technical issues on our platform prevent your puja from being performed as scheduled, you will receive a full refund.
    • Double Booking Error: If we inadvertently double-book your chosen muhurtha (auspicious time) for another puja, you will receive a full refund and be offered assistance in scheduling your puja for another suitable time.
  • Non-Refundable Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations due to reasons beyond those listed above, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind or personal reasons.
    • Incorrectly chosen date or time.
    • Unavailability of preferred Pandit (when multiple options are available).
    • Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity problems, etc.).
    • Cancellation after the puja has been confirmed and initiated (please refer to confirmation email for specific timing).

Refund Process:

  • If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
